The Air Cargo Customs Department at the General Authority of Customs (GAC) has thwarted an attempt to smuggle around 0.590kg of marijuana.
The GAC inspector on duty suspected the contents of an incoming postal parcel and upon thorough search and inspection, the illicit drug was found secretly hidden inside tightly closed food cans inside the parcel.
