His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan bin Ali Al-Thani has held several bilateral meetings with high-ranking international officials on the margins of the third day of the 9th Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (Dimdex 2026).
His Excellency met with Minister of Defence of Mongolia, Damba Batlut, Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia, Admiral Tea Vinh, Deputy Minister of Defence and Veterans Affairs of Mali, Gen. Sadio Camara, and Vice Minister of National Defence of Ecuador, Roberto Quintero. The meetings discussed a range of matters of shared interest and avenues for advancing them. A number of high-ranking officers and officials attended the meetings.
