The Ministry of Transport announced yesterday the full resumption of maritime navigation activities for recreational, tourism, fishing, and similar vessels.
In a circular, the ministry urged all marine vessel owners and seafarers to always ensure the availability of safety and security equipment before and during sailing, to ensure their safety.
