Aspire Zone Foundation has signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with Qatar Photography Centre, one of the cultural centres under the Ministry of Culture.

The partnership aims to strengthen collaborations and expand areas of cooperation in a way that supports the sports sector and enhances visual and photographic documentation in Qatar.

Under the agreement, the cooperation will cover several areas, most notably organising joint training courses, collaborating in the photographic documentation of sports events, highlighting the visual identity of Qatari sports, and developing strategic and photographic projects.

Nasser Abdullah al-Hajri, Chief Marketing officer at Aspire Zone Foundation, said: “This agreement reflects Aspire Zone Foundation’s confidence in the importance of working with local partners, given their active role in supporting the sports industry and strengthening its presence visually and through documentation.

“It will also contribute to the development of joint projects that serve both the sports and cultural communities in Qatar. Aspire Zone Foundation continues to pursue its vision of building sustainable strategic partnerships that drive progress and reinforce Qatar’s position as a global destination in sports and visual documentation.”

Jassim Ahmed al-Buainain, director of Qatar Photography Centre, said: “At Qatar Photography Centre, we take pride in this partnership with Aspire Zone Foundation, which opens wide horizons for cooperation in training, photographic documentation of sports events, and highlighting the visual identity of Qatari sports.

“We believe that photography is not merely a tool for documentation, but also an artistic medium that reflects the identity and values of society. Through this partnership, we are committed to opening new opportunities for local photographers, enabling them to take part in strategic projects of Aspire Zone Foundation’s scale.”

He added: “We are confident that this step will contribute to showcasing Qatar’s sporting and national achievements both locally and internationally, enhancing its cultural and sporting presence on the global stage.”
