Prominent Qatari rider Mashel al-Naimi dominated the opening round of the 2025 QSTK 600 season, winning both races at the Lusail International Circuit. In Race 1, al-Naimi secured the victory with a time of 20:51.947, followed by his compatriot Abdulla al-Qubaisi who finished just over five seconds behind. In Race 2, the competition was much closer, with al-Naimi once again taking the top spot with a time of 20:50.510, narrowly beating al-Qubaisi by a mere 0.063 seconds. Both races saw Emmanuel Geoffrey of India finishing in third place, while Qatar's Jassim al-Thani consistently placed fourth in each of the 10-lap races which covered a distance of 54.5 km.

In the QSTK trophy category which ran concurrently, Nawaf al-Shuaibi won Race 1, followed by Mustafa Husain and Ali Boushehri in second and third places respectively to complete an all-Kuwaiti podium. India’s' Johann Emmanuel won Race 2, while Hungary’s Marton Belleli came second. Boushehri was third.
