The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 63,459 martyrs and 160,256 injured, according to the latest update.

In a statement issued Sunday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that hospitals in the Strip received 88 martyrs and 421 injured over the past 24 hours.

Since the Israeli occupation violated the ceasefire agreement on March 18, the death toll has reached 11,328 martyrs, with 48,215 injured.

The ministry added that in the past 24 hours, 30 people were killed and 166 injured while seeking humanitarian aid, raising the total number of aid-seeking deaths to 2,248, and injuries to 16,600.

Additionally, hospitals recorded seven new deaths due to starvation and malnutrition, bringing the total number of deaths caused by famine to 339, including 124 children.

The death toll remains provisional, as thousands of victims are still trapped under the rubble, and emergency and civil defense teams are unable to reach them due to equipment shortages and the targeting of rescue operations by Israeli forces.
