President of the High Council of the State of Libya Dr Mohammed Muftah Takala met Thursday with ambassador of Qatar to Libya Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Zabin al-Dosari.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral co-operation relations between the two countries.
