Thirteen Palestinians were martyred and others were injured early Thursday morning in an Israeli occupation airstrike in the central Gaza Strip.

Palestinian news agency WAFA, citing medical sources, reported that three Palestinians, including a child and an infant, were martyred as a result of an Israeli airstrike on a house in Al-Nuseirat. Another Palestinian was martyred following a strike on a house in Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Israeli warplanes also launched an airstrike on a tent sheltering displaced persons in the Al-Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City, resulting in the martyrdom of three Palestinians and injuries to others.

In the city of Deir al-Balah, three Palestinians were martyred and others were injured in an Israeli artillery strike targeting a group of people east of the city. Additionally, a Palestinian woman was martyred and others were injured following a helicopter strike on a family home in Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

In Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, two Palestinians were martyred and others were injured as a result of an Israeli strike targeting tents sheltering displaced persons in the city.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel, the occupying power, has been waging a war of genocide in Gaza, involving killing, starvation, destruction and forced displacement, in blatant disregard of all international appeals and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt its actions.

This genocide has resulted in more than 202,000 martyrs and wounded, the majority of whom are children and women, in addition to over 9,000 missing persons. It has also led to the displacement of hundreds of thousands and a famine that has claimed many lives. (
