24 Palestinians were martyred and dozens injured in two new massacres committed by the Israeli occupation against civilians in Gaza City, while rescue crews remain unable to reach the targeted sites due to the ongoing bombing and destruction of infrastructure.

Palestinian sources reported that a violent shelling targeted a five-story house in the Zarqa neighborhood, north of Gaza City, killing 14 citizens.

Ambulance and civil defense crews were unable to reach the site to retrieve the victims from under the rubble.

In the Tal al Hawa neighborhood, southwest of the city, a similar shelling targeting a populated house killed at least 10 Palestinians and injured more than 25 others, some of whom are in critical condition.

The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 58,386, in addition to 139,077 wounded.

A number of victims remain buried under the rubble and in the streets, with rescue teams unable to reach them due to the intense bombardment and the near-total collapse of basic services.
