The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a temporary closure on part of Zekreet Street in one direction from its intersection with Jabal Al Afja Street to Izghawa Street, from 12midnight to 6pm on June 20. The closure in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic is to implement final asphalt layer works. During the closure, users of Zekreet Street are required to turn right towards Jabal Al Afja Street, followed by the street known as Al Hateem Street, and then to Izghawa Street to reach their destinations. Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the temporary closure and has requested all to follow and abide by the speed limit to ensure safety.
