This came during a phone call His Highness the Amir received from the Iraqi prime minister Monday. The phone call discussed a number of regional and international developments of common concern, particularly the Israeli attack on the territories of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this regard, His Highness the Amir and the Iraqi prime minister stressed the importance of de-escalation and resolving disputes through diplomatic means.
