Expired hair dye seized at women’s salon in Al Wakrah

Al Wakrah Municipality’s health control section has carried out an intensive inspection campaign on women’s salons, and seized from one salon 49 expired hair dye bottles that pose direct harm to the health of users.

The seized material was immediately destroyed, a violation report filed against the establishment and the necessary regulatory measures taken.

Al Wakrah Municipality stressed it will continue such field inspection campaigns to ensure that service establishments comply with approved requirements and regulations to maintain public health and the quality of the services provided.
