Qatar’s Minister of Education and Higher Education HE Lolwah bint Rashid bin Mohammed AlKhater appreciated a presentation by DPS-Modern Indian School (DPS-MIS) at an event at the ministry. A team of students presented an innovative project exploring the rotation and revolution of planets, intricately linked with references from the Holy Qur’an, bridging scientific concepts with spiritual insights. The students also showcased the school’s diverse activities that emphasise the significance of reciting the Qur’an and internalising its values. Principal Asna Nafees had the opportunity to meet HE AlKhater on the occasion. The project was guided by vice-principal and the head of the Arabic and Islamic Studies Department.
