Dr Sultan Ali al-Hajri, an expert in institutional development, has launched his new book Developing Institutional Performance in the Age of Artificial Intelligence through the Hamad Bin Khalifa University Press (HBKU Press).

The book highlights the vital relationship between modern management concepts and smart technologies and offers a practical vision for addressing institutional challenges through digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve institutional performance and meet the aspirations of Qatar National Vision 2030.

“This book is a call to adopt more flexible management models, driven by data, which integrate technology with institutional thinking, in order to build institutions capable of innovation and sustainability,” Dr al-Hajri said in a statement.

The book covers advanced topics on performance measurement, digital transformation, AI, crisis management, and strategic negotiation, and serves as a practical reference for practitioners and decision-makers in the public and private sectors.
