Co-Prince of the Principality of Andorra and Archbishop-Bishop of Urgell, The Most Reverend Joan-Enric Vives, received the credentials of Qatar’s ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary (non-resident) to the Principality of Andorra, Salem bin Mubarak al-Shafi.
The envoy conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani to Vives, along with His Highness’s wishes for continued health and happiness, and to the government and people of Andorra for enduring progress and prosperity.
