AlRayan Bank has introduced AI-driven communication, marking a pioneering step in Qatar’s banking sector as part of its comprehensive digital transformation journey.

The launch is spearheaded by ‘AlRayan Go’, supported by a fully AI-generated campaign that sets a new benchmark for innovation, security, and customer engagement in the financial industry.

AlRayan Bank becomes the first bank in Qatar to integrate AI technology into its external communications, introducing the soon-to-be-revealed AI avatars, Jassim and Noor, who will lead customer interaction and support communication initiatives.

Jassim and Noor will take the lead in delivering dynamic, interactive, and bilingual content, available in English, Arabic, and the Qatari dialect, setting a new standard for AI-driven communication in the region.

Part of the bank’s broader digital strategy, the initiative showcases AlRayan Bank’s suite of digital products and services through modern, technology-forward communication practices, aligned with the demands of a fast-evolving digital landscape.
