The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Department of Marine Protection in cooperation with the General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security at the Ministry of Interior has carried out a joint field inspection campaign in the areas of Al-Add Al-Gharbi and Halul Island.
The campaign resulted in spotting a number of environmental violations related to marine activities. Accordingly, the necessary measures were taken against the violators in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable.
