HE the Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah al-Attiyah honoured several distinguished workers at the ministry yesterday in recognition of their dedication and contributions to municipal services, marking International Workers’ Day.
In his statement, HE the Minister of Municipality expressed his appreciation and gratitude to all workers, praising their commitment to their duties and their crucial role in maintaining clean cities and a safe environment in Qatar, emphasising that workers are an essential pillar in the municipal workforce.
The Ministry of Municipality remains committed to supporting workers by providing integrated service accommodations, modern transportation, and appropriate work attire, alongside ongoing awareness programmes.
As part of these efforts, the ministry organised a workshop on workers’ rights and work ethics, focusing on the collaborative relationship between workers and employers.
