Various Garangao celebrations began on Thursday in Qatar, featuring an array of activities from traditional sweets distribution and cultural performances to modern workshops and festive events. Garangao goodies are in good demand. The celebrations will continue Friday and Saturday. Dadu Gardens, Msheireb Downtown Doha, Old Doha Port’s Mina District, Eastern Square of Souq Waqif, Torba Market at Lusail Boulevard, Mathaf Garden, Darb Al Saai in Umm Salal and major malls are among the locations of the Garangao celebrations.
