In celebration of being recognised by 'Great Place to Work' for the second time, Aspire Academy hosted a special Ramadan Ghabga event for its employees.

Aspire Academy director-general Ivan Bravo, football performance and science director Valter Di Salvo, chief corporate services officer Ali Sultan Fakhroo, education and student affairs director Badr al-Hay, Aspire Zone Foundation acting CEO and Aspire Logistics director general Abdullah Nasser al-Nuaimi, and Aspetar director general Khalid Ali al-Mawlawi were present.

Bravo said: The Great Place to Work certification is not just an award, it is a testament to the culture we have built together, the way we collaborate, and the positive environment we foster within our organisation."

During the event, Khalid al-Hamar, acting director of marketing and communication, extended his gratitude to those who contributed to making the occasion a success. The employee responses highlight some impressive progress since the academy’s recognition in 2023. A total of 80.7% of Aspire Academy’s full-time employees responded. When it came to the statement: This is a Great Place to Work, the Academy improved from 88% to 95% positive response.
