The Centre for Theatre Affairs, affiliated with the Ministry of Culture, has concluded the Playwriting Training Workshop, presented by writer Taleb al-Dous.
The workshop took place from December 8, 2024 to March 5.
The workshop was geared towards both amateurs and professionals in playwriting, with the aim of providing them with dramatic writing skills and tools, helping them to create new plays that enrich the local theatrical scene.
The workshop witnessed great interaction from the participants, who had practical and theoretical experiences in writing theatrical texts, with a focus on character building, plot development, theatrical dialogue, and narrative techniques.
