The Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (DI) celebrated its tenth anniversary since its launch in 2015 with the attendance of leaders, deans, faculty members, and administrative staff of the institute.
The DI held its first activities on the occasion, with the participation of a group of its graduates who shared their success stories with their fellow students, with the aim of shedding light on their experiences and the extent to which they benefited from the academic programs provided by DI.
President of DI, Dr. Abdelwahab El Affendi noted that the institute's tenth anniversary celebrations began by highlighting the success stories of its graduates. During this year, academic activities will be held with the participation of faculty members and distinguished guests, including prominent academics and university presidents from Qatar and around the world.
Dean of Student Affairs at the DI Dr. Ibrahim Fraihat stressed that the tenth anniversary of the DI represents an important milestone that reflects the successes achieved by the Institute since its launch in 2015.
It is worth noting that the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies, which was established in Qatar in 2015 as an independent academic institution, seeks to qualify a generation of researchers and professionals capable of contributing to the production of knowledge, achieving sustainable development, and advancing Arab societies.
