The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MoECC) has announced the launch of a joint inspection campaign with the Environmental Security Unit of the Internal Security Force ‘Lekhwiya’, targeting northern coastal camping sites.
The campaign, carried out by the Winter Camping Regulation Committee team, resulted in the removal of several camps that violated the general camping regulations, including owners renting them out to others.
