Ooredoo is the Official Telecom Sponsor of the ongoing Qatar TotalEnergies Open 2025, a Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) 1000 event, which will run until February 15 at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex.
The highly anticipated event will showcase the world’s top female tennis players, including World No 1 Aryna Sabalenka from Belarus, Iga Świątek of Poland (World No 2), and Coco Gauff from the US (World No 3).
It will feature Italy’s Jasmine Paolini (World No 4), China’s Zheng Qinwen (World No 5), American Jessica Pegula (World No 6), Kazakhstan’s Elena Rybakina (World No 7), American Emma Navarro (World No 8), Czech Republic’s Barbora Krejcikova (World No 9), and Russia’s Daria Kasatkina (World No 10).
Competing on outdoor hard courts, players will vie for a total prize money of $3.65mn, making this one of the region’s most significant sporting events.
