Qatar Charity (QC) has handed over 107 social housing units to families in need in Chad, benefiting 750 people.

In a statement Wednesday, QC stated that it is also preparing to start work on 212 additional houses, which will accommodate an estimated 1,500 individuals.

The housing units are distributed over three residential complexes, each of which includes service facilities that meet quality, security and safety requirements, and are located at different distances from the Chadian capital.

Qatar Charity is implementing housing projects for needy families in Chad, noting that it previously completed 78 housing units, bringing their number by the beginning of this year to 185 housing units.
