The Attorney Admission Committee convened yesterday under the chairmanship of HE Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Ibrahim bin Ali al-Mohannadi. Having witnessed eight lawyers taking oath before it, the committee considered requests to register a host of similar employers in the registers of practicing lawyers and approved the requests from lawyers under training. In addition, the committee deliberated on several regulatory issues related to the legal profession, including the minutes of subcommittees and took the appropriate decisions accordingly.

HE al-Mohannadi congratulated the new lawyers and affirmed that the committee is committed to offering the sounding legal environment to help them perform their noble missions in serving the community and fostering the legal system in Qatar. HE the Minister wished success to the new lawyers under training, highlighting the advanced training program set by the Center of Legal and Judicial Studies at the Ministry of Justice to bolster their legal skills when they come to practice the legal profession in a highly competent manner.
