Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Tuesday will see moderate temperatures with some clouds, and will be cold to very cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore, it will see some clouds at times, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be variable at first, becomes mainly northwesterly at a speed of 5 - 15 KT, gusting to 20 KT at places daytime.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 12 -22 KT, gusting to 30 KT at places at times.
Sea state inshore will be 2 - 4 ft, while offshore will be 3 - 7 ft, rises to 10 ft at places at times.
Visibility inshore will be 5 - 10 km. Offshore, it will be 5 - 9 km.
