Al Abdulghani Motors, the authorised distributor of Toyota and Lexus in Qatar, celebrated 60 years of partnership with Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), with a grand celebration at the National Museum of Qatar (NMoQ).
TMC's India, Middle East, East Asia & Oceania Region CEO Masakazu Yoshimura, India & Middle East Division general manager Masaru Shimada, Japanese ambassador to Qatar Hisajima Naoto, Al Abdulghani Motors CEO Abdulghani Nasser al-Abdulghani and other dignitaries were present.
Speaking on the occasion, al-Abdulghani, said: “As we celebrate 60 years of this partnership, I recognie that the legacy of our grandfathers is not only their success but also the values we inherited from them. Trust, commitment, and the nurturing of long-term relationships are key principles that we cherish. Your Trust, Our Foundation is not just a motto, but our promise and commitment to our customers. We will do our utmost to uphold this trust, continuing to offer the best to our customers and our beloved Qatar.”
Yoshimura, said: “For 60 years, Al Abdulghani Motors and Toyota have maintained a strong and trusted partnership, a bond that has remained steadfast across generations. We will continue inventing our path forward together over the next 60 years as they remain a vital partner for Toyota in Qatar.”
The event honoured Qatar’s cultural heritage with a performance of the Qatari Ardha, a traditional dance symbolising strength and unity. The attendees were also treated to a Japanese cultural show, reflecting the strong ties between the two nations, a statement added.
