Egypt's prime minister Dr Mostafa Madbouly, recently met a delegation from Qatar Chamber led by its chairman Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim al-Thani. The meeting, which took place on the sidelines of the Doha Forum 2024, discussed co-operation relations between the two countries in economic and commercial fields, as well as the investment climate and opportunities available in each country. The chamber’s delegation included second vice-chairman Rashid bin Hamad al-Athba and other board members. Also present at the meeting was Amr El-Sherbini, ambassador of Egypt to Qatar. The meeting highlighted the private sector’s role in enhancing trade by fostering economic partnerships between Qatari and Egyptian companies and leveraging promising investment opportunities across various sectors.
