Offshore, it will be northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 KT, reaching 19 KT at places at first.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 3 ft, while offshore will be 2 - 4 ft, rising to 5 ft at places at first.
Visibility inshore and offshore will be 5 - 10 km.
