At the 24th CISM World Military Equestrian Championship held at the Longines Arena at Al Shaqab, Oman’s Sergeant Madian Said Hamad al-Yusfi, riding Hurry Up, claimed first place in Competition 2, a 1.20/1.25m Accumulator with Joker event.
UAE’s First Lieutenant Saeed Almaazmi on Baccarat d’Azur secured second place, while Italy’s OR4 Primo Graduato Emanuele Addis, aboard Eddie, finished third.
Qatar’s First Lieutenant Hamad Ali al-Attiyah came seventh on Kimberly, with First Lieutenant Salman Mohammed al-Emadi taking 12th place on Dino Bb Z. Major Ali bin Khalid al-Thani and Sidney 184 ended in 29th place.
Today serves as a rest day for the competitors, with final events and closing ceremony slated for tomorrow.
