The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MoECC) on Wednesday organised a field trip for the students enlisted at its summer camp 2024. According to the MoECC official X account, the trip targeted the Solid Waste Treatment Centre, where the process of recycling takes place. During the tour of the centre, the students were introduced to the various stages of recycling and the modern technology used in such processes. Besides, they were informed about the importance of these operations to maintain the local environment and the economic outcome of waste recycling.
