A number of Palestinians were martyred and others were injured Sunday dawn after the occupation forces shelled large areas in the Gaza Strip.
Palestinian news agency (WAFA) said that rescue teams recovered the bodies of six martyrs after an occupation army missile targeted the house of a Palestinian family in Khirbet Al-Adas area, east of the city of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Israeli occupation army artillery shelled Yabna camp in the center of the city of Rafah. Casualties reached the Kuwait Specialized Hospital, west of the city.
An Israeli warplane also shelled a residential apartment in Nuseirat, in the central Gaza Strip.
In the same context, intense artillery shelling and shooting from Israeli occupation tanks targeted the Halal Market and Qishta neighborhoods, south of the city of Rafah.
The Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression on land, sea and air against the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, resulting in the death of 35,903 Palestinians and the injury of 80,420 others.
