Wind inshore will be mainly northwesterly 08 to 18 knot reaches 25 knot at places at times.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly 18 to 28 knot gusting to 35 knot.
Visibility will be 04 to 09/03 kilometers or less at places at times.
Sea state inshore will be 3 to 5 feet. Offshore will be 5 to 9 feet, rises to 12 feet.
