Addressing the pre-match press conference, the Spaniard said his men would fight for the three points at the Group A's fourth round encounter.
He added his side would show great respect for the Kuwaiti team.
Today’s match at the Ali Sabah Al Salem Stadium comes nearly a week after Asian Cup reigning champions defeated Kuwait 3-0 in Doha.
