A young Palestinian man was shot and injured by Israeli occupation forces fire on Sunday during their incursion into the village of Siris in Jenin, in the West Bank.
According to security sources, confrontations broke out in the village, injuring a young Palestinian in the leg, Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported.
In the same context, Israeli occupation forces raided several villages and towns in the city of Jenin, detained and interrogated a Palestinian, and set up a military checkpoint at the main entrance to the town of Al-Yamoun.
The occupied West Bank witnesses daily raids and incursions into villages and towns by the Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by confrontations, arrests, and the firing of live and rubber bullets and poisonous tear gas bombs.
