MES holds Ramadan quiz competition

To enable students to be aware of the fundamental knowledge of Islamic values and the holy month of Ramadan, the Qur’an, and the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), the Department of Urdu, Arabic and Islamic Studies at MES Indian School organised an intra-school quiz competition for juniors and seniors.

The following are the winners. In Seniors section, Aalyah Nabeel, Hafza Kazi Asma, Mohamed Arif, Tahirah Tarique, Saifana Fathima, Dilfa Rahim, Hana Fathima and Alisha Ajmal bagged the first position. Ahmad Faisal, Abdul Rahman and Huzaifa Mohamed Nazim secured the second position. Mohamed Patel, Abdul Hadi, Abdul Aziz and Siddiq Ahmed won third place.

In the Juniors section, Mohamed Ammar Mujeeb, Waseem Abdul Lateef and Mohamed Sajjad Ibnu Jaffere bagged the first position. Fudail Ahmed Shaik, Mohamed Umair Mujeeb and Nasih Hassan Jouhar secured the second position, while Aaesha Fathima Basheer, Kadeeja Neha and Afizah bagged the third place. Principal Dr Hameeda Kader has congratulated the winners.
