A Qatari Armed Forces aircraft arrived in the Egyptian city of Al Arish carrying 34 tonnes of aid for Gaza, including food supplies provided by the Qatari Red Crescent. So far Qatar has sent 83 aid planes for Palestinians in Gaza.
The 18th batch of wounded Palestinians was also evacuated from the Gaza Strip in preparation for their treatment in Doha, as part of the initiative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani to treat 1,500 Palestinians from the Strip.
This initiative comes as a continuation of Qatar's steadfast support and its ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering of the brotherly Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, in co-operation with various regional and international partners.
