The general index of Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) rose 69.13 points, or 0.68% at the beginning of trading on Wednesday, reaching 10,162 points compared to Monday's closing.
Qatar Stock Exchange figures showed a positive performance in all sectors: Telecoms by 1.20%; Insurance by 1.06%; Industrials by 0.88%; Transportation by 0.77%; Banks and Financial Services by 0.49%; Consumer Goods and Services by 0.44%; and Real Estate by 0.15%.
At 10:00 am, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded 3232 transactions worth QR 92.093 million, distributed to 31.517 million shares. (QNA)
