The sixteenth GCC technical team meeting for the electronic exchange of biometrics and criminal information of deportees started Monday. The virtual meeting, according to a statement by the Ministry of Interior (MoI) on its X account, continues for two days.
Capt. Khalifa Abdullah al-Kaabi from the Criminal Evidence and Information Department (CEID) at MoI chaired the meeting. Capt Ghanim Hamad al-Marri represented Qatar in the meeting. Discussions revolved around various aspects of the topic, aiming to bolster cooperation among the interior ministries of GCC countries.
