A total of 10,083,130 passengers had used the public transportation system in Qatar during the AFC Asian Cup days (from January 12 to February 10), said the Ministry of transport (MoT) Monday.
6,457,588 passengers were transported by Doha Metro & Lusail Tram and the Education City and Msheireb Trams togetehr carried 236,502 passengers during the period, MoT said in a post on X.
And 3,389,040 passengers used public buses and the buses dedicated to the AsianCup 2023 Trams during the tournament, the Ministry added.
