The Court of Appeal in the Netherlands on Monday ordered the Dutch government to ban all exports of F-35 fighter jet spare parts to the Israeli entity within one week.
"It is undeniable that there is a clear risk the exported F-35 parts are used in serious violations of international humanitarian law," the Dutch court said.
Last December, Dutch human rights organizations accused Netherlands of contributing to violation of the international law in Gaza Strip in a lawsuit lodged against the government, pointing out that the government had supplied the Israeli entity with F-35 fighter jet components.
