Valentin Madoulaud won the opening round of the 2024 Qatar Off Road Championship on Saturday. The Frenchman clocked 1 hour, 19 minutes, and 31.844 seconds to complete his 17 laps, which also clocking the fastest time. South Africa’s Michael Anderson finished second, which UAE’s Marwan al-Rahmani was third in the Class 1. Mansoor al-Suwaidi topped the podium in the Class 2 – Quad category, with Abdulaziz Ahli and Abdullah al-Falasi finishing second and third respectively. South Africa’s Jaco Anderson won the Veteran Class 1, while the Veteran Class 2 title was bagged by Mohamed al-Shamsi of the UAE.
