Omani Minister of Foreign Affairs, Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi spoke by phone Saturday with his Iraqi counterpart Fuad Hussein to discuss the latest developments in Iraq and the region.

According to Oman News Agency, the two ministers emphasized the importance of preventing the expansion of the conflict cycle in the region, stressing that dialogue is the only way to settle disputes and problems.
They also underlined the priority of stopping the ongoing Israeli war in the Gaza Strip and continuing international efforts to reach a complete and durable ceasefire and pave the way for achieving a just and comprehensive peace with the engagement of all parties. (QNA)
