The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), in co-operation with Skyline Automotive, has announced the recall of Hyundai Santa Fe, 2021-23 models, as some vehicles might experience a front seat belt pretensioner malfunction.
The MoCI, in co-operation with Alfardan Premier Motors, has announced the recall of Range Rover Vogue, and Range Rover Sport V8, 2024 model, as there may be a defect in the structural adhesive applied to the bodyshell during body assembly because the adhesive is not bonding the panels together as intended.
The MoCI said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The MoCI said it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works, and will communicate with customers to ensure that necessary repairs are carried out.
