HE Director-General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Gerd Muller received the credentials of HE Jassim bin Yacoub Al Hammadi as Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the UNIDO.
On this occasion, HE the Director-General of the UNIDO praised the existing cooperation between the State of Qatar and the organization, especially the State of Qatar's constant support for the organization's various programs and projects to ensure the achievement of sustainable development goals at the global level.
For his part, HE the Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar stressed the significant role played by the UNIDO in achieving industrial development, especially in developing countries, affirming Qatar's keenness to support the organization's efforts in facing global development challenges.
