The pre-finals of the Haddad Al Tahadi (where the falcon has to hunt a homing pigeon within set conditions) category concluded Tuesday as part of the ongoing 15th edition of Qatar International Falcons and Hunting Festival (Marmi 2024).
The festival under the patronage of HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad al-Thani will conclude on Saturday.
A total of 54 contestants qualified for the finals of Haddad Al Tahadi.
Festival director Metab Mubarak al-Qahtani honoured the winners.
Those who qualified for the finals win an instant prize of QR100,000 in addition to the qualification shield, and earn the opportunity to compete for two Lexus SUVs at the finals.
