Offshore, it will be fine, the report added, warning of strong wind high sea at first.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly 05 to 15 knot.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly 08 to 18 knot, gusting to 25 knot at first.
Visibility inshore will be 04 to 09/03 kilometers, or less at places at first, while offshore, it will be 04 to 09 kilometers.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, rises to 4 feet at times at first. Offshore, it will be 2 to 5 feet, rises to 8 feet daytime at first.
