Following their good show in the qualifying, Qatari drivers Abdullah al-Khelaifi, Ghanim al-Ali, Ibrahim al-Abdulghani, and German semi-professional racer Julian Henses of Team QMMF (Qatar Motor & Motorcycle Federation) by HRT from Qatar raised the bar further by clinching victory in the highly competitive Porsche 911 GT3 (992 AM) class at the Abu Dhabi 6 Hours Challenge at the Yas Marina Circuit in UAE yesterday.
While Team QMMF by HRT’s performance by itself is a big achievement, it gains more importance give that the Abu Dhabi 6 Hours Challenge is a significant event within the Middle East Endurance Championship’s 2024 season.
Team QMMF by HRT successfully completed 136 laps within the timeframe. Their exceptional performance included a best lap time of 1:57.641 at the renowned racetrack.

al-Hamad, who said that the big success has been achieved following their hard work over a period of time.
He wished the team more success in the upcoming event and future endeavours.
Team QMMF by HRT will next participate in the Hankook 24H Challenge at the Dubai Autodrome, scheduled for January 26-28.
