The activities of the Qatar International Falcons and Hunting Festival continued Saturday in its 15th edition (Marmi 2024), which is held under the patronage of HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad al-Thani and continues until January 27.
The competitions resulted in three falconers qualifying for the Haddad Challenge Championship.
Marmi Festival director Miteb Mubarak al-Qahtani and deputy director Abdul Wahab al-Nuaimi honoured the finalists and winners.
The qualifier receives QR100,000, the qualification shield, and entry to compete for one of the Lexus cars in the final.
Al-Nuaimi said that there are four group qualifiers remaining in the Haddad Challenge, which ends next Tuesday (January 23).
